Who are we?

We are a company who prides ourselves in exceptional customer service and affordable computer repair. There is no company out there that offers anything close to the service you will get from NorthShore PC Solutions! We are passionate about what we do and have a love for technology. It’s fast paced and changes every day.

NorthShore PC Solutions was founded November 5th, 2010 by Alex de Sorgo, a certified IT Technician who had a radical new business philosophy and is hoping to change the way people look at the computer repair industry. Customers are being taken advantage of to keep their machines running. From his research he discovered people were paying hundreds of dollars more than they should.

Our Mission

We are looking to change the industry, Our plan is to offer the best customer service possible at a low cost. In the past we have learned how troubling a computer repair can be and how much people dread when their computer fails. It gets to the point where buying a brand new computer is almost as cheap as repairing one! But the secret is repairing a computer is much cheaper than purchasing a new one. The labor involved includes hiring some one at $13 an hour and then paying cost for replacement hardware. A $300 repair can honestly cost a repair company only $80 to fix and take the $220 as profit, it’s just wrong. This is why we offer the low rate of $50 for one computer to repair anything that needs to be repaired to get your computer working.

Why forty dollars? Well for most repairs it covers the cost for time spent. Also most repairs typically are software based and do not need extra hardware to repair it. It could take an hour to 4 hours to fix one computer but we look beyond that, we feel it is just the best price and a fair price at that. While repairing computers we noticed that when you fix one issue you may find another, and another. It can be an endless circle. The cost goes up especially for a company like Staples that charges a flat rate fee per service. So if a computer needed a virus removed they would still charge you to back up the data, reinstall the operating system if needed, and tune up the computer. To be honest they perform all those actions to make sure they are covered. This is why we are the HOME of flat rate affordable repairs.
